Hungry for new reference points and participation in supportive and stimulating conversations? This new monthly art and cultural theory reading group invites an artists and writers to suggest texts that they are either currently reading or that have had a seminal influence on their work. There are no genre restrictions and the invited guest will come in person to introduce their chosen text and lead the session.

October’s meeting is led by artist Charlie Tweed whose Notes Part I, II & III was shown here in 2010. He has chosen theorist Brian Holmes’ essay Guattari’s Schizoanalytic Cartographies or, the Pathic Core at the Heart of Cybernetics.
